For players

Your tournament organiser uses Sentinel to keep matches fair. Here's what that means for you - in plain language.

What does Sentinel collect?

  • Hardware identifiers - motherboard, CPU and connected device serial numbers - to detect cheat hardware like DMA boards.
  • A list of running processes and loaded modules to check for known cheat software.
  • Periodic screenshots of your primary display so tournament organisers can review gameplay.
  • System security status: whether Secure Boot, TPM, VBS and Kernel DMA Protection are enabled.

Who can see my data?

  • Only the tournament organiser who created the event you joined can view your telemetry.
  • Sentinel staff with administrative access can view data for support and integrity purposes.
  • Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or made publicly visible.

How long is my data kept?

  • Tournament telemetry (screenshots, process lists, hardware snapshots) is retained for the duration the organiser needs to resolve disputes - typically a few weeks after the event.
  • Account information (username, linked game accounts) is kept as long as your account exists.

When does it run?

  • Sentinel only monitors while you are actively in a tournament session. It does not run in the background, start at boot, or install any services.
  • You control when monitoring starts by clicking "Start monitoring" in the client, and it stops when you close it.

How do I remove it?

  • Sentinel is a standalone executable - no installer, no registry entries, no drivers. To remove it, delete the .exe file. That's it.
  • If you want your account data deleted, reach out on Discord and we'll remove it.
